In order to keep our prices low and competitive we
are unable to issue a refund for any return postage.
You as the customer are responsible for any return POSTAGE
costs involved when returning for either a refund or
exchange.
If items are being returned for exchange they must
include an RMA # (must request a return authorization
from Texas Toner and Ink, Inc. via email or phone request)
and be returned unopened/unused and within the warranty
period. Please include model of printer; part number;
and quantity. If there is a difference in price there
must be included authorization to charge your credit
card or check/money order included for the remaining
balance.
Please provide all necessary information in order to
process your request, including a copy of your invoice,
order number; customer number; name and address of purchaser
(also provide the ship-to address if different from
purchaser); and phone number. Your refund will be issued
by the same method of payment used to purchase the items
if within 90 days of purchase, less any handling costs.
If after the 90 day period, refunds will be issued via
check. Usual return time takes 24-48 hours, once we
have received the items in our office. Please note that
exchanges differ and my take longer. If required information
is not included, you will be notified and additional
delays may be incurred.
